Solutions / Packaging and test
Micius for packaging and test
Review inspection results, and trace anomalies through materials and lots.
Inspection systems flag far more than is really wrong.
Micius reviews each call first, and leaves the uncertain ones to people.
Use cases
Solutions built on Micius.
AOI inspection for packaging
Calls defects on site, next to the inspection tool, and passes the uncertain ones to a person.
Industrial software development
Describe the engineering tool you need in a paragraph; Micius breaks it into capabilities, writes a working tool and runs an example through it.
Inspection of non-standard parts
Spots surface defects on custom parts for an inspector to confirm, and pulls the lot’s records to show where it came from.
